CBSE Registration Form for Classes IX & XI

Parents / Guardians and students are requested to read the following instructions carefully before proceeding:

  1. This facility is only for students currently enrolled in Class IX or Class XI.
  2. Enter the student's correct Admission Number. The system will automatically fetch the available details from the school records.
  3. Please check every fetched detail carefully. Where an editable field is shown, correct the information before generating the final form.
  4. For Class IX, verify the student's personal details, parent details, contact details and other information exactly as required for CBSE registration.
  5. For Class XI, all details must be as per the Class X Admit Card / Marksheet. Keep a copy of the Class X marksheet ready for submission wherever required.
  6. Photograph instructions:
    • The photograph should be latest, full colour and in proper summer school uniform with a dark blue background.
    • The face should directly face the camera, be centred and cover approximately 70% of the image.
    • The photograph should cover from slightly above the top of the head/hair to the upper or middle chest.
    • The student's name and date of photograph should be mentioned below the photograph on a white strip.
  7. After checking the details, generate and download the form, take a printout and complete the required signatures.
  8. The school will not be responsible for incorrect information submitted by the parent/student. Any later correction will be subject to CBSE rules and regulations.
