EXAMINATIONS
Examination Criteria
Examination:
i) There will be regular weekly tests in accordance with Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) which will be considered as FA’s / UT’s. Formative assessment will be based on weekly test , assignment , C.W., H.W., practical , Projects , Oral testing, Quiz, Experiments and other activities.
ii) Grading system will be used as a scheme of assessment for classes I to X.
iii) Use of unfair means during examination will lead to cancellation of the concerned subject examination and zero marks will be awarded in that subject. He/She will be issued a T.C. on repetition.
iv) A student who is sick during exam days should inform the Principal beforehand. He/She will not be allowed to sit for the examination. Leave on Assessment/Unit test/ Term examination days will be granted only by the principal on medical grounds with proper medical Certificate. No retest will be taken except for classes IX and X.
v) Students of class XI and XII have to pass model tests / pre-board examination before being allowed to take the Annual/Board Examinations.
Report Card:
i) The report card shall be issued by the school after completion of each Term/ Summative evaluation in open house (PTM).On PTM Day both parents presence is compulsory. If a parent is unable to attend he/she should inform the class teacher in advance.
ii) In case of loss/damage a duplicate copy of the report card shall be obtained from the school on completion of proper procedure.
Streams available in Class XI and XII :
i) Commerce with Maths / IP / Physical Education
ii) Science with Biology/Engg. Graphics/Computer Science/Economics
How to apply for T.C. and Withdrawal:
i) All the dues must be cleared before applying for T.C.
ii) For T.C., parents can apply on the prescribed format.
iii) One Full working day will be taken to issue the T.C..
iv) Before withdrawing a student from the school, a calendar month’s notice in writing has to be given by the parent.
v) The application format for withdrawal of students must be accompanied by the receipt of the payment of two installments of fees till 31st July. After 31st July, the full years fee will have to be realized.
